We accept photos in JPG, PNG, HEIC, and WebP formats. For text, simply paste or type directly.

What languages are supported?

We can extract recipes written in many languages. The final design can be presented in your preferred language.

Do I need an account?

Yes, a free Google account is required to save your recipes and access downloads.

How much does it cost?

Digital Downloads:

• 3-Pack Bundle: $29.95

Professional printing and framing available as add-ons.

Can I get a refund?

Because each keepsake is custom-created for you, we do not offer refunds. However, if you're not satisfied, we're happy to discuss your concerns.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor.

Downloads

How long does generation take?

Most recipes are ready within 2-5 minutes. Complex recipes may take slightly longer.

Do downloads expire?

No! Your downloads never expire. Access them anytime from your dashboard.

What formats are available?

Each purchase includes multiple format options:

• Printable formats: Square, Portrait (3:4, 4:5), Landscape (4:3, 5:4)
• Digital-only formats: Widescreen (16:9), Vertical (9:16), Ultra-wide (21:9)

Technical

Why can't my handwriting be read?

Very stylized or faded handwriting can be challenging. Try:

• Better lighting when photographing
• Higher resolution photos
• Manual correction after extraction
