Bourbon Blood Orange Bundt

Ingredients
Cake
- •4 blood oranges (zest 3, juice all)
- •¼ cup lemon juice
- •2 cups flour
- •½ cup almond meal
- •1½ tsp baking powder
- •½ tsp baking soda
- •1½ tsp salt
- •5 eggs
- •2 cups sugar
- •¾ cup olive oil
- •½ cup Greek yogurt
- •2 tbsp bourbon
Glaze
- •1½ cups powdered sugar
- •3 tsp blood orange juice
- •2 tsp lemon juice
- •1 tbsp bourbon
- •6 drops orange bitters
- •1 tsp blood orange zest
Instructions
- 1Preheat 350°F. Grease & flour a 12-cup Bundt pan.
Cake
- 2Whisk flour, almond meal, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
- 3Beat eggs on medium-high, slowly add sugar, beat ~3 min until fluffy.
- 4On low, alternate adding flour mix and olive oil. Mix in yogurt, bourbon, citrus juice, and zest until just combined.
- 5Pour into pan, bake 35–40 min. Cool 15 min, then unmold.
Glaze
- 6Sift powdered sugar, whisk in juices, bourbon, bitters, zest. Drizzle over cooled cake.
