Cod with Cream
Ingredients
- •4 cod steaks
- •onion
- •garlic
- •2 bags potato chips
- •butter
- •milk
- •a little flour
- •water from cooking the cod
- •1 package cream
- •a little breadcrumbs
Instructions
- 1Boil the cod (4 steaks).
- 2Remove the skins and bones (save the water).
- 3Make a sauté with onion and garlic.
- 4Add the shredded cod and crumble in 2 bags of potato chips.
- 5Then add white sauce, that is, butter, milk, and a little flour, stirring everything constantly.
- 6And add the water from cooking the cod at the end.
- 7Add a package of cream and mix well.
- 8Put everything into an oven-proof dish.
- 9And sprinkle a little breadcrumbs on top just for presentation and to get toasted.
- 10Bake in the oven.
