Ingredients

  • 4 cod steaks
  • onion
  • garlic
  • 2 bags potato chips
  • butter
  • milk
  • a little flour
  • water from cooking the cod
  • 1 package cream
  • a little breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. 1Boil the cod (4 steaks).
  2. 2Remove the skins and bones (save the water).
  3. 3Make a sauté with onion and garlic.
  4. 4Add the shredded cod and crumble in 2 bags of potato chips.
  5. 5Then add white sauce, that is, butter, milk, and a little flour, stirring everything constantly.
  6. 6And add the water from cooking the cod at the end.
  7. 7Add a package of cream and mix well.
  8. 8Put everything into an oven-proof dish.
  9. 9And sprinkle a little breadcrumbs on top just for presentation and to get toasted.
  10. 10Bake in the oven.
