Lemon Cranberry Biscotti

Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 c flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp BP
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 c fresh cranberries
  • 1 c milk
  • 3/4 c sliced almonds
  • Lemon Zest

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 325°
  2. 2Combine dry ing. Add wet ing.
  3. 3Add cranberries & almonds
  4. 4On a floured surface, divide batter in half, pat into a log
  5. 5Place on a cookie sheet, bake for 30 mins. Let cool
  6. 6Reduce oven to 300°, slice & bake again 20 mins.
