Marble Cake (from Sra Gabriela)

Ingredients
- •1/2 cup vegetable oil
- •1/2 cup orange juice
- •1 1/2 cups flour
- •3/4 cups sugar
- •2 eggs
- •1/2 tsp baking powder
- •1 pinch of salt
- •4 tablespoons Godiva chocolate powder
- •1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- 1Mix eggs, sugar, oil, OJ, salt. Then add flour & baking powder & soda. (Bowl 1)
- 2Set aside 1/8 of the batter. Mix in chocolate powder. (Bowl 2)
- 3Grease cake pan w/ butter. Sprinkle flour on top.
- 4Mix batter into pan from bowl 1. Then pour batter from bowl 2 on top. Use a knife, make swirls so that the batter becomes intertwined.
- 5Bake @ 350° for ~ 40 mins.
