Ingredients

  • 0.5 milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 200 sugar
  • 1/2 cornstarch
  • Vanilla bean
  • or powder packet
  • one lemon peel
  • 6 egg yolks
  • puff pastry

Instructions

  1. 1In a saucepan, put the 0.5 of milk, the cornstarch, and the vanilla, and take to the heat to thicken.
  2. 2Remove and let cool slightly.
  3. 3Then add the 6 yolks, stir very well, and return to the heat.
  4. 4Line the molds with puff pastry.
  5. 5Fill them with the cream.
  6. 6Bake in the oven to brown the cream.
