Ingredients

Cream

  • 2 packets powdered whipped cream mix
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Assembly

  • 1 box vanilla cakes or ladyfingers
  • 1 can chopped pineapple
  • 3 spoons Rum
  • grated chocolate

Instructions

Prepare the cream

  1. 1Beat the cream ingredients in a mixer.
  2. 2Place in the refrigerator.

Assembly

  1. 3Drain the juice from the pineapple can into a bowl.
  2. 4Add 3 spoons of Rum to the juice.
  3. 5Quickly dip the cakes in this juice.
  4. 6Place them in a Pyrex dish in layers with the cream.
  5. 7Finish with a layer of cream.
  6. 8Put grated chocolate on top of the cream.
  7. 9Refrigerate overnight.
